We want you to love your planner. If you receive your custom Garden Gameplan and decide it isn't right for you, you have 30 days from delivery to request a full refund.
How to Request a Refund
Email us at [email protected] with your order number. We will send you a return shipping label and instructions. Once we receive the planner back in resaleable condition, we will process your refund to the same payment method you used for the purchase. Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your planner arrives damaged or defective from printing or shipping, please email us with your order number and a photo. We will reprint and ship a replacement at no cost to you, or offer a full refund if you prefer.
