We respect your privacy. We collect only what we need to fulfill your order and to improve our site and marketing.

• Order data: Name, email, shipping address, and zip code (for customizing your planner). We do not store your credit card number; payments are processed securely by Stripe.
• Email marketing: If you sign up for our newsletter or updates, we use Brevo to send those emails. You can unsubscribe at any time.
• We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

Analytics & Advertising

We use the following tools, which may set cookies or similar technologies:

• Google Analytics — to understand how visitors use our site (e.g., pages viewed, device type).
• Meta Pixel — to measure the effectiveness of our Facebook/Instagram ads and to show relevant ads to people who have visited our site.

You can control many of these via your browser settings or ad preferences (e.g., Google Ads settings, Facebook Ad Preferences).

Who We Share Data With

We share your data only with parties necessary to run the business: Stripe (payment processing) and our printing partner (to produce and ship your customized planner). They use your data only for those purposes and in line with their own privacy policies.

Customization Data & Accuracy

The frost dates and climate information in your planner are based on the zip code you provide and historical data from sources such as NOAA. Weather is unpredictable; our planner is a guide based on averages, not a guarantee of conditions in any given year.

Shipping & Orders

Custom orders are typically printed within 2 business days. Shipping times vary by carrier; we will get you a projected shipping date within 24 hours (Mon–Fri) after you order. For refunds, see our Refund Policy.
