Privacy

We respect your privacy. We collect only what we need to fulfill your order, deliver free tools like our planting calendar, and improve our site and marketing. Our site is intended for visitors in the United States.

• Order data: Name, email, shipping address, and zip code (for customizing your planner). We do not store your credit card number; payments are processed securely by Stripe.
• Free calendar & email signup: If you request a free planting calendar or join our list, we collect your email and ZIP code (and optionally your name) to send your calendar link and related garden emails. You can unsubscribe at any time.
• Email marketing: We use Brevo to send newsletters and product updates. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.
• We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

Analytics & Advertising

We use the following tools to understand how our site is used, fix problems, and measure marketing. These services may set cookies or similar technologies in your browser:

• Google Analytics — page views and general traffic patterns (pages visited, referrers, device and browser type) so we can understand how people find and use the site. Learn more in Google's privacy policy.
• Umami — privacy-focused analytics (pages viewed, custom events such as calendar downloads, general device/browser type). Hosted at umami.is.
• Microsoft Clarity — session recordings and heatmaps (how you scroll, click, and move through pages) so we can improve layout and fix confusing flows. Learn more in Microsoft's privacy statement.
• Meta Pixel — to measure the effectiveness of our Facebook and Instagram ads and to show relevant ads to people who have visited our site.
• Sentry — error monitoring when something breaks on the site or in our server (technical logs such as error messages and browser type). We avoid sending full email addresses or payment details in these reports.

You can limit some tracking via your browser settings or ad preferences (for example, Facebook Ad Preferences). Blocking analytics scripts may not affect core site features such as ordering or downloading your calendar.

Who We Share Data With

We share your data only with parties necessary to run the business: Stripe (payment processing), Brevo (email delivery), and our printing partner (to produce and ship your customized planner). Analytics providers listed above process data on our behalf to operate and improve the site. They use your data only for those purposes and in line with their own privacy policies.

Customization Data & Accuracy

The frost dates and climate information in your planner are based on the zip code you provide and historical data from sources such as NOAA. Weather is unpredictable; our planner is a guide based on averages, not a guarantee of conditions in any given year.

Shipping & Orders

Custom orders are typically printed within 2 business days. Shipping times vary by carrier; we will get you a projected shipping date within 24 hours (Mon–Fri) after you order. For refunds, see our Refund Policy.
